Just saw this posted on Music For Robots — Malcolm Middleton is releasing a second album titled “Into The Woods” in June (as of right now it will be import only in the U.S.).

I discovered Malcolm’s first album (”5:14 Fluoxytine Seagull Alcohol John Nicotine”) a little over a year ago, and have been featuring tracks from it fairly regularly on my radio show. The great thing about discovering an album so late in its life cycle is that you are still into it when the new one comes out.

“Speed On The M9″ is a great little track that I’ve wanted to feature on my show, but have had a hard time finding a place to put it. It does not play well with others. I tried playing a different track (”Cold Weather”) on my show a few weeks ago, and my pal Butch called me up later to tell me he was calling it my “suicide awareness show”. Malcolm is definitely buzzkill on the dancefloor.
