Laura Veirs has posted the lead-off track (”Pink Light”) from her forthcoming record on her myspace page.

The album cover is also there — deep purple cover with cool sea drawings.

The song is stunning — if you liked “Year Of Meteors” album then I believe you are in for a treat.

Album “Saltbreakers” is due out April 11th on Nonesuch.

I see two Portland dates listed on her page — she must be a full-fledged resident by now.
